declaration of interest form which contains a confidentiality agreement. We
invite you to complete the marked fields, save the PDF file onto your computer
and email the completed form to us together with all required documents. You
can also print out the declaration of interest form, complete it and post it
back to us together with all required documents.
Please note that we reserve
ourselves the possibility of asking you to provide us with additional information
which confirms your credibility before providing you with a presentation document
or with a username and password which entitles you to access the virtual
data-room.
